Biography & Professionalism Profile

Elise comes from Belgium and she speaks fluency German, French, English, and Greek. Elise obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from the University of the West of England Bristol in UK with excellent. She continued her studies in UWE Bristol as well, with her master’s degree in management and she obtained her master’s degree with Excellent too.

Her management skills and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with clients’ requests lead her to take the position of the Compliance assistance in our Law Firm. She ensures regulatory adherence (AML/KYC) and supports corporate, commercial, and administrative legal tasks. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents (contracts, resolutions, POAs), conducting client due diligence, monitoring transactions, and managing filings with the Registrar of Companies to meet statutory compliance.
